  • Factory Furnace Outlet ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additionally, Factory Furnace Outlet ships merchandise for FREE on orders over $800. Factory Furnace Outlet ships merchandise to your door (or wherever you specify on your shipping instructions) from several different warehouses thorghout the United States using the quickest and most economical LTL truckline available. Sometimes your order will arrive on two or more trucks. While this is very rare we thought you should know. Most of the time the trucking company will call ahead and make arrangements for delivery. You or somebody that you designate will need to be present to accept the delivery. Heavy orders will be delivered with FREE liftgate service.



  • Sales Tax

  • Factory Furnace Outlet charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for orders in the State of Ohio only.



  • Warranties

  • Factory Furnace Outlet will process any warranty FREE for our customers. If any warranted part ever fails during the warranty period simply return it to us with prepaid frieght and we will replace your defective part. We also offer expedited warranty service where we will ship out your part immediately upon receipt of a small deposit. Your deposit will be returned to you when we receive your defective part.



  • Return Policy

  • You may return any merchandise purchased at Factory Furnace Outlet for any reason for 30 days. There may be a restocking fee on returns other than for defective goods or shipping errors. Please contact us for an "Authorization of Return" before shipping merchandise back. Merchandise for return most be in the original factory packaging and not have been installed. The customer accepts merchandise upon installation.
